This on-site position in Joplin, MO requires 3+ years of anchoring or reporting experience; strong writing, storytelling, and production skills across audio, video, and digital platforms; proficiency with web posting, social media, newsroom automation, and studio board operation. Candidates should remain calm and professional under deadline pressure and possess a positive, coachable attitude with curiosity to find the real story.
