Karen Henderson Named SVP/Sales, Focus 360


Henderson joins Focus 360 adding her experience from Katz Media Group, where she was a driving force for revenue and new business development for both the Western and Eastern Regions. Her deep multiplatform expertise also includes sales leadership roles at Westwood One, Skyview Networks, and most recently, Huntington Billboards.

In her new role, Henderson will be responsible for sales strategy and investment alignment across Focus 360’s national radio network and Creator Square influencer portfolio. She will focus on strengthening agency partnerships, driving new business growth, and helping integrate live-read YouTube creator campaigns alongside terrestrial radio solutions for greater scale and impact.
