Urban One Buying KKDA & KRNB/Dallas-Ft. Worth
• Urban One has entered into an agreement to acquire Service Broadcasting Group, LLC, including its flagship radio stations — Urban KKDA (K104) and Urban AC KRNB (Smooth R&B 105.7)/Dallas-Ft. Worth.

Urban One has also agreed to sell KZMJ (Majic 94.5)/Gainesville, TX to Fuzion Dallas, LLC. Both transactions are subject to regulatory approval by the FCC and other customary closing conditions.
