Wilborn Named Market Pres., SummitMedia Omaha
• SummitMedia has tapped Aaron Wilborn as Market President of its Omaha broadcast, digital and events operations.
Wilborn is inbound from Dick Broadcasting Company (DBC) where he has served as Market President of the company’s Savannah, Hilton Head, Bluffton and Beaufort properties since 2018, overseeing the company’s radio group along with its events and digital divisions.
With more than 25 years in broadcast and digital sales, Wilborn previously served as President & CEO of Apex Media Corporation in Charleston, SC. Before Apex, Wilborn was VP/Market Manager of iHeartMedia’s Jacksonville cluster. He previously served as Director of Sales for iHeart’s 12-station West Palm Beach cluster, along with earlier stints as GSM in Washington, DC, Market Manager and Director of Sales in Augusta, GA, and Sales Manager and AE in Charleston, SC.
