Jenny & Jagger Added To NY’s Country 94.7
• Audacy Country New York’s Country 94.7 (WXBK-HD2)/New York adds Jenny and Jagger in the Morning, weekdays from 6-10am ET.
The show — hosted by Jenny Matthews, Jagger and Matt Gapske — was launched a year ago and is based at Country cousin WDAF (106.5 The Wolf)/Kansas City. That’s Jagger, Jenny, & Matt (l-r).

Matthews has been a Kansas City radio mainstay since 2004, the first 16 years with Top 40 KMXV (Mix 93.3), before transitioning to Steel City Country KBEQ (Q104) in October 2019.
Jagger, whose resume includes programming and on-air stints at Z100 and WKTU/New York and WKSS/Hartford, to name a few, has been in KC since June 2021, when he was named PD of Cumulus Top 40 KCHZ (now KMJK) and Alternative KCJK. In March 2025 he was hired by Audacy to do afternoons on KZPT (99.7 The Point). Jagger also hosts the syndicated Weekend Throwdown with Jagger, currently airing in nearly 50 markets.
Gapske is a KC native who got his start at 99.7 The Point and was part of the station’s original team in 2011. He later programmed Clear Channel Top 40 WMRV (Star 105-7)/Binghamton, NY, and was APD/middays at iHeartMedia Country WMAD/Madison before returning home to Kansas City. He also currently serves as the Executive Producer and APD for Audacy Kansas City.
