Can’t Get Thru Night Without ‘P’

iHeartMedia WHYI (Y100)/Miami has hired Franco “Frankie P” Pagliaro to do nights, starting Monday, November 14. Pagliaro (right) is a six-year market vet who previously worked at WFLC, WPOW and WKIS. He’s also a club DJ in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Pagliaro reports to Alex Tear, Regional SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Miami, who said, “We are excited to bring Frankie and his following to Y100 nights. Frankie’s local on air and social passion make him the perfect addition to keep Y100 on top.”

Pagliaro remarked, “I’m still waiting for someone to wake me up because this is a dream come true. I grew up listening to Y100 so it is truly an honor to join the iHeart family and become part of such a legendary station in Miami.” Pagliaro succeeds Valentine (left), who will now focus on his Y100 APD/MD duties and cluster programming details.
