ACM Nominations Announced

52nd ACM AwardsNominations were announced yesterday for the 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards™. Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley will host for the second consecutive year, on Sunday, April 2 from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The ACM Awards® are produced by dick clark productions and will be broadcast live to the East Coast from 8-11pm (tape-delayed to the West Coast) on CBS.

Keith Urban leads the pack with seven nominations in five categories, including Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year. Seven-time Female Vocalist of the Year Miranda Lambert received six nominations and is once again up for, you guessed it, Female Vocalist of the Year. First-time ACM nominee Maren Morris earned six nominations in four different categories, including Female Vocalist of the Year and New Female Vocalist of the Year. \ Florida Georgia Line leads group nominations with five nods, including Vocal Duo of the Year and Entertainer of the Year. Sixteen-time ACM Award winner Tim McGraw received five nominations in four categories. ACM Awards co-host Dierks Bentley received three nominations, as did Thomas Rhett and reigning ACM Male Vocalist of the Year Chris Stapleton.
