• CMA announced the recipients of the prestigious 2021 CMA Broadcast Awards. Big Machine’s own Carly Pearce, a two-time CMA Awards nominee this year herself, surprised the winning radio stations and personalities with individual calls to personally break this exciting news. The CMA Broadcast Personality of the Year category was split into two new categories this year, Weekly National and Daily National.
CMA Broadcast Personality of the Year:
Weekly National: Lon Helton, Country Countdown USA, Westwood One
Daily National: Cody Alan, CMT After Midnite, Premiere Networks.
Major Market: Lois “Double L” Lewis, KNIX/Phoenix
