Helping Virginia Beach Heal

• Virginia Beach-based Studio Center has launched vbstrong.net  — an online forum for people to express their sympathy and show support for the victims of the mass shooting in VA Beach last Friday.

The website features a VB Strong Unity Wall where those wishing to show support can post pictures, drawings and messages of love and condolences to the friends and families of Laquita C. Brown, Tara Welch Gallagher, Mary Louise Crustinger Gayle, Alexander Mikhail Gusev, Katherine A. Nixon, Richard H. Nettleton, Christopher Kelly Rapp, Ryan Keith Cox, Joshua O. Hardy, Michelle “Missy” Langer, Robert “Bobby” Williams and Herbert “Bert” Snelling.

When tragedy seeks to tear lives apart, it only succeeds in uniting us closer together. Commenting on the launch of vbbstrong.net, William “Woody” Prettyman, CEO of Studio Center, commented, “This horrific tragedy has shaken our community to its core. We hope that this site will allow people to connect, sympathize and hopefully begin to heal.”
