Garden State Battle Royale

It was quite the eventful week for the staff of iHeartMedia TriState Classic Rock WNNJ/Sussex, NJ, which broadcast live last weekend from The New Jersey State Fair – Sussex County Farm and Horse Show in scenic Augusta, NJ. On Saturday, August 5, 103.7 NNJ personality Tony Paige and SVP of Programming Gary Cee spent some quality time with Senator Cory Booker. Later that night, the joint was rocking during the 2017 NNJ Battle of the Bands competition.

Once the smoke cleared, a winner was declared — local New Jersey band Local Trade took top honors. Local Trade is pictured here somewhere, along with the runners-up, Velvet Rose and Twisting Life and your fully qualified Battle judges (l-r): Gary Krantz, (CEO, Krantz Media Group), Jerry Lembo (President, Jerry Lembo Entertainment Group), Gary Cee (SVP of Programming, iHeartMedia Tristate) and John Souchack (Pavement Entertainment).
