• Veteran radio manager Jack Swart has returned to his Midwest roots, joining Max Media’s River Radio group in Cape Girardeau, MO as GSM/Director of Sales. As Swart explains to RAMP, “The River Radio group includes legendary stations like KEZS (K103), WZIM-AM/WSIM-AM, as well as KGKS (93.9 The River), KCGQ (Real Rock 99.3) and Sports cluster of KGIR-AM/KLSC-FM. This is a very community-oriented group that leads the charge with Toys for Tots, the St. Jude Radiothon and so many other projects!”
Swart spent the past two years as Market Manager of the Community Broadcasters’ stations in Sumter, SC. Before that he was Market Manager of Midwest Communications’ cluster in Terre Haute, IN. Earlier in his career Swart served in a similar capacity for Connoisseur Media in Bloomington, IL and he spent six years as Market Manager with Cumulus Media Quad Cities.
