LiveXLive Taps Quartieri As CFO
• LiveXLive Media, the parent company of PodcastOne, Slacker Radio and React Presents, announced that Michael Quartieri has been named as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 30. Quartieri succeeds interim CFO Jerry Gold, who will continue in his current role as the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.
Quartieri spent the past five years as EVP/CFO at Scientific Games, a $3.4 billion entertainment company offering games, systems and services for casino, lottery, social gaming, online gaming and sports betting. Before that he spent nine years with Las Vegas Sands Corp., rising to SVP, Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller. Earlier in his career Quartieri had a 13-year run with Deloitte & Touche, rising to Director of Audit and Assurance Services, specializing in gaming and hospitality.
