Marketron Reports Some Progress

• Several days after Marketron reported it had been the victim of a Russian cyber attack, the company reports some progress has been made in restoring client services.

An update on the company’s website reads, “We know that you count on us to keep your business operational. We apologize for any interruption in the services you expect from us and want you to know that we are keenly focused on restoring service as soon as possible. Transparency and trust are key values at Marketron. With that in mind, we want to keep you informed — below are the most recent details of the situation.”

As of 3pm PT Tuesday, Marketron products still adversely impacted include: Marketron Traffic; Visual Traffic Cloud; Marketron Electronic Services for all traffic clients, including Electronic Orders and Invoices, Network Connect, Proof of Performance and PayNow; Advertiser Portal; Traffic Portal; Insight; RepPak; Marketron Learning Center.

Products online and safe to use: RadioTraffic, Pitch, Email Marketing, Mobile Messaging and Aspire. Clients are urged to stay up to date by visiting the Marketron Status page.
