Superadio Ups O’Brien & Faison

Superadio, LLC announced a couple of well deserved promotions for two key execs — Rich O’Brien, longtime SVP of Programming & Affiliate Relations has been elevated to the newly created (and far cooler sounding) position of Executive Vice President of Programming & Affiliate Relations, and New York-based Eric Faison has been upgraded from VP, Affiliate Relations to Senior Vice President of Programming and Affiliate Relations.

O’Brien has been with Superadio since 1993, when he was named Vice President/Radio Programs after producing Open House Party Saturday and Sunday from 1991-1993. In 2002, when Access1 bought Superadio from John Garabedian, O’Brien was upped to SVP of Programming & Affiliate Relations.

Faison is a 13-year company vet whose resume includes programming stints at WZAK/Cleveland and WAMO/Pittsburgh and network programming for the Sheridan Broadcasting Network. Former positions include Affiliate Sales Manager for SJS Entertainment and Director of Urban Programming for the SFX Radio Network in New York.

“Both Rich and Eric are seasoned veterans of the industry and both epitomize the high standards of which the company is known for,” said Jack Bryant, Chief Operating Officer of Superadio. He added, “All programming, talent and affiliate matters are in the best of hands with the team of Rich and Eric.” Your best wishes can be sent to O’Brien at Rich@superadio.com; congratulate Faison at Eric@superadio.com.
