SXM Taps Coughlin As New CFO
• Sirius XM Holdings Inc. has appointed Zac Coughlin as its next Chief Financial Officer, effective Jan. 1. Coughlin will succeed Tom Barry, who is stepping down as CFO.
Coughlin brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial roles across global consumer, retail, and automotive companies, and currently serves as CFO at PVH Corp. His prior roles include Group CFO and Chief Operating Officer at DFS, a subsidiary of LVMH, and CFO of Converse. As if that wasn’t enough, Coughlin also spent more than a decade in finance at Ford Motor Company.
Jennifer Witz, CEO of SiriusXM, said, “Zac brings significant experience as a financial leader at public companies and a proven track record of driving sustainable, profitable growth — making him an ideal leader for our finance organization as we advance our renewed strategic focus in a complex and dynamic market environment.
