• Soon-to-be Bonneville AC KOIT/San Francisco will flip to all Christmas music with midday talent Teri King this Friday, November 17 at noon. Expect to hear Christmas classics from Bing Crosby, Mariah Carey and Andy Williams, mixed in with newer stuff from Kelly Clarkson, Josh Groban and Michael Bublé. By Christmas week, KOIT reaches nearly 3 million listeners in the nine county metro area. That’s one out of every three people in the Bay Area!

• Beasley AC WMJX (Magic 106.7)/Boston will make the switch to Christmas music this Friday, November 17 at 5pm, playing the best variety of holiday favorites through Christmas Day at midnight.

Magic 106.7 will continue its commercial-free hours at 8:15am and 2:15pm each weekday. In addition, the “Magic Of Christmas” tradition continues with commercial-free music from 6pm Christmas Eve through 8pm Christmas Day to give listeners the opportunity to enjoy their holiday favorites without interruption as they celebrate with family and friends. For anyone pining for the station’s regular format, those songs will be available on Magic 106.7 HD-2 and magic1067.com.


• iHeartMedia AC KESZ (99.9 KEZ)/Phoenix flipped the big red holiday switch at 7:40am on Tuesday, Nov. 14. The station is now broadcasting around-the-clock festive music leading into the holiday season. On-air personalities Beth & Friends, Paul Kelley, Melissa Sharpe and the newly added Delilah, will continue to host the station’s programming.

• Beasley Media Group AC Lite 101.5 FM (KCYE HD2)/Las Vegas is now playing holiday music 24/7 from now throughout Christmas Day. “Vegas certainly could use some holiday cheer with all that transpired recently in our community as a result of the October 1 tragedy,” said John Candelaria, Operations Manager of Beasley Media Group Las Vegas. “We want to be ‘first-in’ with the Christmas format for Vegas and provide that Holiday-Feel-Good soundtrack. Christmas in Vegas is pretty special with sun, 70-degree weather and Andy Williams singing ‘Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire!'”
