Go Fest Is A GO

GO Media Alternative KQGO (Go 96.3)/Minneapolis just revealed the details for Go Fest ’17, the sunny summer destination for Modern Alternative in the Twin Cities. The show will be held on Sunday, July 2, at the Cabooze Outdoor Plaza. Co-headlined by Bleachers and MUTEMATH, the day-long live music festival also features The Naked and Famous, Muna and The Unlikely Candidates along with a trio of Minnesota-based talent filling out the local stage: Step Rockets, Whosah and Jeanne Taylor.

“While booking Go Fest ’17, we felt it was important to put together a lineup that mirrors what Go 96.3 does on the air,” said Miles The DJ, who will also spin between sets. “I’ve always thought of ‘alternative’ as being something different, something ever-evolving. We wanted to choose bands that illustrate this idea while also being great in outdoor festival settings.”

Tickets for Go Fest ’17 go on sale tomorrow at 10am CT. Admission is $29.96, plus fees. There will also be a limited amount of VIP tickets available for $96.00. Go Fest ’17 is an all-ages event and is sponsored by Audi of Minneapolis and Audi of St. Paul.
