When It’s News To Rick Everett…
As most friends of Rick Everett, PD of Times-Shamrock Classic Rock WEZX (Rock 107)/Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA, know, the man is a certifiable TV news junkie. Last week, while on a “fact-finding mission” to New York City, Everett had his chauffeur… OK, cab driver… drop him off in front of the gleaming ABC News broadcast center so he could witness firsthand how the network puts together World News Tonight with David Muir.
Before Rick was escorted out of the prestigious ABC facilities, he promised the entire news staff their very own limited-edition 2018 Rock 107 T-Shirt, if they would just allow him to sit in Muir’s still-warm chair for a quick photo. Judging from the largely indisputable photographic evidence presented here, you can probably take an educated guess as to their response!
