Entercom Dallas Seeks Production Pro
• Entercom is looking for a talented Commercial Production Director to lead its team of producers based in Dallas. This individual must possess strong creative instincts in addition to effective team management skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a variety of internal teams, particularly Sales. The position reports to Regional President.
Responsibilities include managing a team of Commercial Producers on a daily basis and ensuring the Production team delivers high-quality work for Entercom clients, both external and internal. You will also delegate production orders using our workflow management tool, vCreative PPO. You will voice and produce commercials for a wide variety of formats and demographics and perform other related audio production responsibilities as assigned while ensuring that all spots abide by company and federal guidelines.
Qualifications: At least 3+ years of experience managing a multi-member media production team, ideally in radio. You must demonstrate proficiency in basic audio production tools — Adobe Audition and/or ProTools, WideOrbit Automation System as well as the Microsoft Office suite, and you have a proven track record of voicing and producing commercial material across a variety of music and spoken word radio formats.
