Ft. Wayne Wakes Up With ‘John & Renee’

• Federated Media Hot AC 97.3 WMEE/Fort Wayne, IN (home of an actual fort) is now home to the John & Renee morning show, which debuted Monday, Jan. 24.

“John” is John Davies, who arrives from Cumulus Top 40 WBNQ/Bloomington, IL, where he co-hosted The Susan Show in morning drive with Susan Saunders for the past three years. “Renee” is Renee Cummings, a beloved seven-year veteran of WMEE, whose previous co-host, Colin Matthews left in December.

Without a whole lot of prompting, Operations Manager Jimmy Knight exclaimed, “The Party has begun, and John & Renee have a very bright future in Ft. Wayne!”
