Da Bomb Las Vegas Blows Up Top 40
• Kemp Broadcasting Las Vegas has blown up Top 40 KVGQ (106.9 The Q) and in its place launched Adult Hits/Rhythmic AC Da Bomb 106.9, playing Old School hits from 1990 through 2010.
By playing a wide variety of multi-format hits from artists like *NSync, Destiny’s Child, blink-182, No Doubt, Britney Spears, P!nk, Faith Hill, Savage Garden, 50 Cent, Coldplay, Eminem, U2, Usher, Green Day, “Las Vegas will finally have a radio station that airs all of your favorite hits from the best artists of the ’90s and 2K.” Da Bomb’s weekly features will include The 2K Hit Mix, ‘90s at 9, Pop Up Trivia, (mimicking VH1’s Pop Up Video), “Where Are They Now” (featuring one-hit-wonders), and a guarantee to play 90 minutes of music commercial-free throughout the day.
