Matty Siegel Celebrates 40 Years @ Kiss 108

• Legendary Boston air personality Matty Siegel reached a major career milestone on Tuesday — 40 years as host of Matty In The Morning on iHeartMedia’s equally iconic WXKS (Kiss 108).

The station kicked off the celebration today with 40 hours of highlights from Matty’s legendary career and well-wishes from celebrities including Gwen Stefani, Billie Eilish, Selena Gomez, Lee BriceJoe McIntyre, David “Big Papi” Ortiz, iHeart’s Ryan Seacrest and more. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh proclaimed Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2021 as “Matty in the Morning Day” in Boston, and Governor Charlie Baker issued a citation in recognition of Siegel’s dedication to entertaining and supporting the city of Boston. Venues all over the city, including TD Garden, the House of Blues, Big Night Live and the Wilbur Theatre saluted Siegel with congratulatory messages.
