The Maney, Roy and LauRen Morning Show on Beasley Top 40 WNKS (Kiss 95.1)/Charlotte is making final preparations to once again gleefully flush the format and play pretty much anything, in exchange for your donation to Levine Children’s Hospital. Yes, it’s the 6th Annual Play Anything Day, and it’s scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, 2017.
Starting at 6am, the musical mayhem begins, as Maney, Roy and LauRen play everything from Adele to Aerosmith; from Maroon 5 to the Jackson 5; from Prince to Queen; and, everything else in between, all powered by the questionable judgment of their loyal (and generous) listeners. “This is our favorite time of the year when we get to throw the format out the window!” said Maney.
Roy added, “We play any song our listeners want to hear for a donation. We also get to celebrate the caregivers, the families and the patients at this tremendous facility in our community that helps our kids every day while pushing ourselves to hit our new goal!”
