iHeartMedia just launched a new format in Portland, OR on the former site of Mainstream Country “The Tailgate” — presenting 103.7 The Legend, Portland’s Classic Country, using a MacGyver-like combination of translator K279BO and a long orange extension cord plugged into the HD3 channel of KFBW (105.9 The Brew). Not surprisingly, it’s also available on iHeartRadio.
