Entercom Country WYCD/Detroit has parted company with 20-year morning co-host Chuck Edwards and APD/MD/midday personality Tom “Cadillac Jack” Kapsalis. Edwards, a 2020 Country Radio Hall of Fame inductee notably co-hosted the afternoon show alongside the late Linda Lee for 16 years before moving up to mornings with Rachael Hunter and Steve Grunwald in 2015. Jason Kidd has exited as morning host on Classic Hits WIAD (94.7 The Drive)/Washington. His co-host Corinna Delgado is now rolling solo. Kidd initially broke the news in a Facebook post. Kidd took over the show in February 2019, crossing the street from the late WRQX (Mix 107.3). This one was a real jolt — Nancy Quill, who had piloted the midday show for nearly four decades at AC WMJX (Magic 106.7)/Boston has also been released. The consummate pro, Quill tweeted, “Thank you Boston for letting me into your lives via radio for 38 years. Lots of love!”

Liana Huth, who has served as SVP of Programming Innovation, under Entercom President of Programming Pat Paxtonin the company’s New York office, is now a free agent.
