• RAMP has confirmed that Darla Thomas has exited as PD of Entercom Hot AC WLNK (107.9 The Link)/Charlotte as her position is eliminated due to corporate restructuring. This, coming on the heels of a January book that placed The Link No. 1 with Persons and Women 25-54, so we are told. We understand a new Operations Manager is already in the building; we are awaiting a response from Market Manager Matt Hanlon.
Ms. Thomas had been in place since January 2015. Before that she was across the street at the helm of iHeartRadio Adult Hits WLKO (102.9 The Lake). Earlier in her career Thomas spent nearly five years as OM of the Journal cluster in Tucson. Her previous stops also include KSRZ (Star 104.5)/Omaha, KSMG (Magic 105.3)/San Antonio and Sandusky’s former KLSY/Seattle. • Chris Reynolds is also available, as he has exited his post as Brand Manager/PD of Townsquare Media Urban WBLK/Buffalo, NY. Over his 14-year run Reynolds has also done middays and handled Promotions Director duties. “It has truly been a pleasure to work at WBLK,” Reynolds told RAMP. “Over the past 14 years, we were able to accomplish something very special in the ratings. In fact, the most recent fall ratings we placed No. 1 in just about every demo and daypart — something that my staff and I were very proud of here in Buffalo.
