Fast Is Loose From The Wolf

• Cumulus Country KPLX (99.5 The Wolf)/Dallas is now seeking a new morning host as Nathan Fast exits. As we speak, co-host Lisa Taylor is rolling solo as the company has issued an APB for “a qualified full-time personality to lead the Wake Up With the Wolf Show.” More on that in a moment…

Fast joined The Wolf last September, ten months after his previous morning gig across the street on former CBS Radio Top 40 KVIL (AMP 103.7) evaporated when the Entercom/CBS Radio merger was consummated in Nov. 2017 and KVIL flipped to ALT 103.7.

Fast previously did nights on iHeartMedia Top 40 KHTS (Channel 93.3)/San Diego, weekends on KIIS-FM/Los Angeles and was a contributor to the iHeartRadio Countdown. Fast began his radio career as a part-time overnight jock with KLUC/Las Vegas and later did nights at KSAS (103.5 Kiss FM)/Boise, ID. Fast is now looking for his next opportunity and can be reached at nathan@nathanfast.com.

• The ideal candidate for The Wolf morning spot will have at least five years of large or major market on-air experience with a successful ratings history, strong on-air skills, familiarity with broadcast equipment, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Solid show prep, the ability to deliver content creatively and concisely, and a strong social media presence are a must. Qualified candidates are invited to check out the official posting and apply online.
