Wes McShay On The Loose
• Wes McShay is now a free agent, as he exits as Western Region/Director of Programming for Appaloosa Broadcasting, based in Cheyenne, WY. “I’m proud of the advances I made for the 16 stations in six markets,” McShay tells RAMP. “But, now I have the opportunity to find a positive and healthy environment, where my skills and experience will be wanted and appreciated.”
Prior to joining Appaloosa earlier this year, McShay was Operations Manager for Legend Communications in Northwest Wyoming and also did mornings on Country KZMQ-FM/Cody, WY. McShay’s extensive programming resume includes three years as OM of Cumulus Montgomery, AL, KQFC/Boise, ID, WKDF/Nashville, WDAF/Kansas City and WDRM/Huntsville, AL. He was also on the air at WZLX/Boston and WWRX (Jammin’ 107.7)/New London, CT back in the day.
