Zann On The Loose

RAMP has confirmed Zann‘s departure from the midday shift at Cumulus Top 40 KLIF (Hot 93.3)/Dallas after a three-year run as her position is eliminated. PD Dustin Kross tells RAMP the shift will now be voicetracked by Melony Torres from sister WPLJ/New York.

In a Facebook post, Zann said, in part, “To say I’m heartbroken is to put it simply but the thing I’ve learned over the last 10 years doing radio is that life has a way of closing a door for you in order for you to go thru another. I’ll miss every single person that I made smile and that made me smile. Let’s be honest, nothing can keep me down. With that being said, a new journey is on the horizon. Once I’m able to share news about where I’m going, whether here in Dallas or elsewhere, let’s celebrate together.”

Ms. Zann landed at DFW in January 2015, following a stint in afternoon drive on the former WNOW (92.3 Now FM)/New York. Before that she was Executive Producer of Chio and Shila in the Morning on WRDW (Wired 96.5)/Philadelphia. Something tells us Zann will NOT be idle for very long… you are advised to watch this space for further updates!
