Just know that you’ll be stepping into some rather sizable skates — Dave Goucher, who spent the past 17 seasons as the Bruins’ radio voice is departing to become the TV play-by-play announcer for the NHL’s newest franchise, the Las Vegas Golden Knights. “We are very happy for Dave Goucher and wish him nothing but the best in Vegas,” said Mike Thomas, VP of Sports Programming, CBS Radio. “He’s the best in the business and the Golden Knights are lucky to have him! Now we need to fill a prime play-by-play position for an Original Six team!”

Now, the particulars: Have you called professional or college hockey games? Do you have what it takes to call the games for an Original Six team in the Hub of Hockey? If so, we want to hear from you. As a play-by-play announcer, you will be working in the booth alongside 11-year NHL veteran Bob Beers. Boston Bruins games are heard throughout New England on the Boston Bruins Radio Network and across the country on the radio.com app.
