KS95, With Crisco, Dez & [You]

• Hubbard Hot AC KSTP (KS95)/Minneapolis-St. Paul has a rare and unique opportunity for an on-air, digital, and content creator to join the Crisco, Dez & (soon to exit) Ryan morning show, as longtime co-host Ryan Roos recently announced his imminent departure for a most worthy cause.

A memo from Dan Seeman, Hubbard Radio VP/Region Manager Minnesota, reads, in part, “Ryan had both of his hips replaced the past seven years. Based on his experience during hip replacement recovery, Ryan has partnered with Twins Cities Orthopedic to develop a cold therapy medical device that is currently in clinical trials. Ryan’s goal is to focus more time on this project as they prepare for a market launch later this year. Ryan is very passionate about this new endeavor.”

Roos (right) remarked, “It is our hope that this wearable device will help patients recover faster, manage post-operative pain and lessen their dependency on narcotics, if not eliminate the need altogether! I suffered with chronic pain for over seven years, so this is a huge passion of mine. We’ve fully developed our hip design and are working on a solution for knees and shoulders next. Hopefully none of you ever need it but if you do, I’ve got you.”

• Which brings us to the search for the perfect successor to Ryan — You should understand the importance of the “Travis & Taylor” love story while living in Vikings’ country, inspire people in our hallways and neighborhoods with infectious positive culture, possess a genuine excitement to live in Minnesota and serve our community. You are gifted with natural ability to create constant digital/social content and autonomy to engage and respond to our loyal audience. If you are fearless when sharing your range of life stories yet remain curious about the lives of our co-hosts and audience, then you might be the next person to carry the fun, funny, and compelling conversation with our beloved fans.

The person we are looking for understands we compete in a space of winning people’s attention, loyalty and habit from distractions that include binge-watching Netflix, kids’ soccer practice and the stress of daily life, not just competition from other radio brands. If you have spent time with the KS95 brand and are highly motivated to be a part of the KS95 morning show legacy, please let Brand/Content Director Mat Mitchell know of your interest and apply right here today with material that really stands out.

• Bonus coverage — KS95 is also looking for part-time on-air talent to host live weekend shows. Yes, we said “live” — remember those days? Follow the posting here. EOE.
