NASH-FM/Detroit Needs PM & Production Pro
• Cumulus Media has two prime openings at WDRQ (NASH FM 93.1)/Detroit — 1) afternoon drive and 2) Production Director. The Motor City’s hottest Country radio station is looking for America’s most amazing radio superstar to succeed Dave Fuller, who recently crossed the hall to WDVD. The right candidate will bring energy, excitement and passion to the airwaves — come ready to work hard and play hard. At least three years of on-air experience is required, along with a working knowledge of web design and social media sites.
• NASH FM 93.1 is also looking for a creative, innovative self-starter who can lead its production department. You will oversee the day-to day workflow of the department, write, schedule, coordinate and produce spots with clients, sales, and programming staff. You will also work with the Creative Director to produce high-end radio campaigns and voice selected spots when needed. This gig requires a minimum of five years of experience and a high level of proficiency of non-linear editing; Adobe Audition a plus. Candidates should have the ability to break down a script and make it come to life through creative sound design, and be able to choose and direct voiceover talent and the understanding of proper music selection.
