Last week we reported Entercom Rhythmic KQKS (KS107.5)/Denver had parted ways with its 17-year morning show. Now, for the first time in nearly two decades, mornings are wide open at KQKS! PD Victor Starr is looking for a personality-driven, dynamic morning show — either teams that have had previous ratings success or individuals with drive time experience in the Rhythmic, Urban or Top 40 formats. If you have an outgoing, charismatic personality, a great sense of humor, can take daily prep and make it your own, develop creative and topical ideas, etc., send your media kit now! You must also be amazing at social media. Needless to say, this is NOT an entry-level position.
• You MUST have at least five years of on-air experience with a winning track record of top ratings in the 18-34 demo; You must a passion for the rhythmic CHR format and live the lifestyle of the audience; You need to be a social media beast who promotes your show on digital media and has blogging experience; You must be coachable and willing to complete assigned tasks and execute directives from the PD; You must also be super competitive, very creative, and able to work as a team with the rest of our incredible staff.
• You will be a star player on the station and a superstar in the market, so you will be required to execute sales initiatives, including endorsements, remotes, live broadcasts, posting on social media, attending meetings with clients, and more.
