Wake Up In Cereal City

• If you’ve ever eaten cereal for breakfast, it more than likely came from Battle Creek, MI, which is known as “The Cereal Capital of the World,” but its citizens call it “a grand place to live.” That being said, Midwest Communications’ Country giant WNWN (WIN 98.5) has an immediate opening for a morning co-host on the Miggy in the Morning show, plugging in across from Brand Manager Miggy Santos.

At the same time it was announced that former longtime WIN 98.5 Brand Manager/air talent P.J. Lacey (pictured), is retiring after decades of exceptional service. Lacey joined the company in 1995 and relinquished her programming stripes in May when Santos was hired.

This co-host position comes with great opportunity, as you’ll partner with a morning show veteran, supervising promotions, live appearances, social media content and more. If you are interested in being a morning star or advance your programming career, this job offers both. Key skills required include a fun, well-prepped show, positive interaction with the co-host, public appearance skills, social media talent, production and the ability to create ideas that will secure the growth of this fantastic brand.

WNWN-FM is owned and operated by Duke Wright‘s privately owned Midwest Communications, which offers the freedom to create, the tools to win and the opportunity to have fun and be happy. Qualified candidates should email their audio and resume to: breakfastinBC@mwcradio.com or snail-mail your package to: Breakfast in BC, WNWN c/o Miggy Santos, 70 West Michigan Avenue, Suite 700, Battle Creek, MI, 49017. No calls please. WNWN FM and Midwest Communications, Inc. are Equal Opportunity Employers by choice.
