Want To Wake Up In Boston?

• Beasley Country WKLB (Country 102.5)/Boston announced that morning co-host Jackson Blue will soon be setting his alarm a few hours later as he moves to afternoon drive, replacing Kevin Kennedy, who recently returned home to Atlanta.

David Corey, who doubles as PD of WKLB and Beasley Country Brand Manager has now launched an interplanetary search for a new morning personality to team up with existing co-host Ayla Brown. Prior Country experience is not necessary. “We are looking for that next great superstar quarterback to take over Boston with Ayla,” said Corey, who is sitting next to his in-box anxiously awaiting your life-changing package at david.corey@bbgi.com.

Blue is a longtime Boston radio pro who formally debuted in mornings on WKLB in March 2017 after covering the shift temporarily for three months. Before that he spent three years in afternoon drive on Rhythmic AC sister WBQT (Hot 96.9). He’s also known and loved for his nine-year run in nights across the street at iHeartMedia Top 40 WXKS (Kiss 108). Blue will remain in mornings until his replacement is named.
