Big Loud Rock On A Roll
• Big Loud Rock, the Alternative/Rock imprint of Big Loud Records, announced the appointment of Paul Wright as VP of Creative Strategy. In this pivotal role, Wright will spearhead the label’s visual marketing strategy and execution, reporting directly to Lloyd Norman, SVP of Big Loud Rock.
Wright joins from Red Bull Records, where he served most recently as Director of Creative Marketing. Wright started his career at Nettwerk Music Group followed by a tenure at Hopeless Records.
Commenting on his new appointment, Wright said, “Big Loud has become a force to be reckoned with in music. Given Greg Thompson and Lloyd Norman’s stellar reputations in the industry, joining Big Loud Rock was a no-brainer. The growing roster of amazing artists they’ve signed to the rock label combined with great team members here has led to the start of something special.”
Norman remarked, “The visual strategy in alternative rock music is so important. We couldn’t be more excited for an executive of Paul’s caliber to assist Big Loud Rock’s artists in creating their own bespoke visual worlds.” Norman added, “We’re incredibly proud of the talented and thoughtful team being built at Big Loud Rock and the passion they have for our artist roster.”
Big Loud Pres./Partner Greg Thompson said, “We are thrilled to have an executive like Paul join the Big Loud Rock team and also to recognize the growth of our staff and the overall team building Big Loud Rock.”
