Bigger, And Louder

Big Loud amps up its Records division in 2020 with the advancement of Brittani Koster to Director of Southwest Promotion and the hire of Sarah Headley as Promotion Coordinator and Giuliana Mignone as Data & Research Coordinator. Koster and Headley begin their new roles immediately, while Mignone starts on January 21.

Koster (left) joined Big Loud in January 2019 as Promotion Coordinator, after serving as Promotion and Label Coordinator for Rebel Engine Entertainment. She will continue to report directly to VP of Promotion Stacy Blythe, who said, “Brittani has brought an optimism and light to our team from the day she joined us. Her personality is infectious, and I look forward to having her on the front lines with our music.”

Headley (center) comes to Big Loud with a three-year agency background rooted in social media and public relations for a variety of clients including national trade brands, healthcare organizations, and a multi-day music festival. She has a degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. Blythe applauds Headley’s “transition into the music industry,” noting, “She possesses a level of professionalism and organization that is unmatched, and she will be the perfect glue to the promotion team.”

Mignone (right) hails from Swampscott, MA, and will graduate from Nashville’s Belmont University in May. She was previously an intern at Big Machine Records. Blythe said, “You don’t come across individuals with Giuliana’s work ethic often. As a company that strives to be more data-forward every day, Giuliana is an invaluable addition to our team.” Koster can be congratulated at brittani@bigloud.com; contact Headley at sarah@bigloud.com and Mignone at g@bigloud.com.
