Demi Lovato Signs With Scooter Braun
• Singer Demi Lovato has signed with Scooter Braun‘s SB Projects for management. We know this because a) Variety reported the news over the weekend, and b) Lovato posted this photo of the two of them (and what looks like an official looking contract) on Instagram, with a caption stating, “GUYS!!!!!!! Dreams came true today for me. I officially have a NEW MANAGER!!! And not just any new manager but the one and only @scooterbraun!!!! Couldn’t be happier, inspired and excited to begin this next chapter with you Scooter!!! Thank you for believing in me and for being apart of this new journey. Let’s DO THIS!!!!!!”
For his part, Braun said of Lovato, “She is a special person and a special talent. I’m… we… are honored. Welcome to the family Demi.”
SB Projects is home to a roster of more than two dozen music acts including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Dan + Shay, Zac Brown Band and Tori Kelly, among others. Lovato split from her longtime manager Phil McIntyre of PhilyMack last year.
