Executive Action: Heather Luke

• Veteran promo exec Heather Luke announced the departure as President of Big Machine Rock, concluding an impactful nine-year tenure with the label.

Following BMR’s acquisition by Gebbia Media in May 2025, Luke played a pivotal role in guiding the label through a transformative period of transition and continued growth. Throughout her leadership, she was instrumental in shaping the label’s sound and identity, leading A&R initiatives, championing emerging talent, and fostering artist development. Her creative vision and strategic direction have left an enduring mark on the roster and will continue to shape what comes next for the company.

Prior to joining Big Machine in April 2018, Luke spent 16 years with Warner Bros. Records, rising to SVP of Rock Promotion. Her earlier industry stints include West Coast Regional for V2 Records and PD of Alternative KJEE/Santa Barbara.
