Interscope Restructuring Update

• Yesterday we shared the news of Mark Neiter‘s departure as VP of Top 40 Promotion at Interscope Geffen A&M after nearly 25 years, due to corporate restructuring.

Today we received word that this restructuring has extended into the regional area as well, resulting in the departure of New York regional rep Jesse Flohr, Dallas Regional rep James Bishop and Chicago regional rep Brock Jaramillo. Flohr (left) was a 20-year Interscope veteran; Bishop had been with Interscope for 30 years (over two tours of duty) — we understand he will announce his future plans shortly; and Jaramilllo (right) told us he’s relocating back home to L.A. next week and will be seeking new opportunities there. Reach him at 951-852-5358 or Brocktjaramillo@gmail.com.

Flohr commented, “Twenty years went by in the blink of an eye, with a lot of great memories. A huge thank you to Brenda Romano for taking a chance on a very persistent kid many years ago, and for each opportunity. I’m incredibly proud to have worked on a team that has had such a profound and continued impact on pop culture. My experience at Interscope has prepared me well for the future, and I look forward to creating the next chapters of my career in the music industry.” Flohr has been working remotely from Nashville during the pandemic and can be reached at 615-762-0030 or jesseflohr@gmail.com.
