Kaye Named Partner at Ithaca Holdings

• Allison Kaye has been promoted to Partner at Ithaca Holdings, the parent company of Scooter Braun‘s SB Projects. Kaye joined SB Projects as its first employee in 2007 and has steadily moved up through the ranks to President of Music, and in 2018, to President of SB Projects. In her executive capacity, Kaye helps oversee all of SB Projects’ properties alongside founder Scooter Braun, overseeing the careers of every client on the SB Projects roster, which includes Justin Bieber, Ariana GrandeZac Brown Band, Dan + Shay and Tori Kelly, among others. Her responsibilities also include TV, film, social good, technology, lifestyle and more.

Most recently, Kaye (pictured here with Ariana) was instrumental in the record breaking release of Grande’s thank u, next as she claimed Nos. 1, 2 and 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 — becoming the first artist to achieve this milestone since The Beatles in 1964.

Commenting on Kaye’s well deserved executive upgrade, Braun remarked, “This public announcement is long overdue. Allison has acted as my partner for a decade. There would be no company without the genius and hard work of Allison Kaye. I’m honored to call her my friend and partner and know when I go in to the office tomorrow no one can put me in my place like Allison can. She is simply the best at what she does and we are all better for it. Here’s to another decade of talking to each other every day, morning and night. I’m sure she isn’t looking forward to it.”

Kaye, who has been honored in Billboard‘s annual Women in Musicissue for the past five years, commented, “It has been a privilege and honor to work with Scooter and our incredible roster of artists for the last decade. I am infinitely proud of the work we have done with our unparalleled staff and look forward to many more years of continued success in music and beyond.” Grande said of Kaye, “She’s one of the most brilliant people in the galaxy and I’m so excited about this. I can’t imagine a more deserving person or a harder worker.” [Photo credit: Kevin Mazur/Getty Images]
