Logsdon Named VP/Publicity, BMG Nashville

• BMG Nashville is thrilled to announce the hire of PR pro Mark Logsdon as Vice President of Publicity.

In this new role, Logsdon will be responsible for leading the overall publicity strategy and execution for BBR Music Group’s artist roster, which includes Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Dustin Lynch, Chase Rice, Parmalee and more, as well as guiding BMG Nashville’s corporate communications.

Logsdon joins the label group after 16 years with PLA Media, where he began as a Coordinator in 2007 and rose through the ranks to his most recent position of Vice President. Before PLA, Logsdon gained invaluable experience at Sony, RLM/Mission Management, and the Atlantis Music Conference.

Logsdon now reports to JoJamie Hahr, EVP of BMG Nashville, who commented, “Mark’s vast array of experience and knowledge not only in the music business, but within his leadership roles, will be an incredible asset to our BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville family. As important, his attention to detail and love for people and music make him a perfect fit for our remarkable roster of artists and stellar team.”
