Monumental Move For Shearin

• Nashville-based Monument Records, which was relaunched in 2017 by co-Presidents Jason Owen and Shane McAnally, announced the addition of Jenny Shearin as Associate Director of Marketing. In this new post Shearin will oversee Monument’s marketing initiatives and serve as the project manager for the label’s eclectic roster, which includes Walker Hayes and singer-songwriter Caitlyn Smith.

Shearin’s label experience began in 2010 at Sony Music Nashville where she started in label operations and later moved into promotions as Specialist for Arista Nashville Promotion. She most recently served as the key liaison between Marketing and Promotion as Manager, Promotion and Artist Development.

Shearin reports to Katie McCartney, SVP, Marketing & Label Operations, who said, “Jenny’s vast label experience makes her perfectly qualified for this role. We’re thrilled to have her on board!”
