Promo Pros On The Loose
• As UMG/Nashville restructures and consolidates its promotion staff from five to four per label, RAMP has confirmed the departures of Megan Youngblood, Capitol Nashville Director of West Coast Promotion, and Greg Raneiri, Mercury Nashville Director of West Coast Promotion.
Youngblood (left) had been with Capitol Nashville since August 2017, changing format after a five-year stint as Sr. Director Top 40 Promotion for Capitol Records in Los Angeles. She previously spent more than seven years with Sony Music Entertainment. Youngblood is now seeking her next industry opportunity and can be contacted at megayoungblood@gmail.com.
Raneiri (right) had joined Mercury Nashville last July, coming off a stint as West Coast Director of Promotion for Quartz Hill Records. His major market radio experience includes a six-year run with Audacy Country KSON/San Diego. He also worked at WXTU and the former WRDW/Philadelphia, WJDQ/Meridian, MS and KTMT/Medford, OR.
