Reese Dennis 2017Congrats to promo pro Dennis Reese, SVP of Promotion for Epic Records, who is about to embark on an exciting new adventure in a whole new format as he’s moving to Nashville as the newly named SVP of Promotion for RCA Nashville, starting April 1. In his new position, Reese will report directly to Steve Hodges, Executive Vice President, Promotion & Artist Development, Sony Music Nashville and will be responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of the strategic and tactical radio promotional plans for RCA Nashville artists, which include Kane Brown, Ryan Hurd, Miranda Lambert, Old Dominion, Jake Owen, Dolly Parton and Chris Young. Like many in our industry, Reese got his start on the radio side and worked in Miami, Orlando and Charlotte. Commenting on his new gig, Reese said, “This is a dream come true for me. It is such an honor to be a part of RCA Nashville and the Sony Music Nashville family, and, I can’t thank Steve and Randy Goodman enough for inviting me to join their team.” Reese succeeds Keith Gale, who left in January to become a partner in Jake Owen’s management firm, Good Company Entertainment.
