SVP Party For Allen Brown

Congrats to Allen Brown on his well deserved upgrade to SVP of Media & Corporate Communications for Sony Music Nashville. Brown (left) most recently held the title of VP, Media & Corporate Communications. He will continue to report to John Zarling, EVP of Marketing & New Business for Sony Music Nashville, who remarked, “Allen has proven to be one of Nashville’s most consistent players in an always evolving business. Having someone lead our corporate publicity efforts who is one step ahead of the situation is essential. His work for the Sony roster of artists since 2004 has allowed superstars to breakout and new artists to find their voice. I’m proud to have Allen a part of our team and congratulate him on his enhanced role.”

For over 17 years, Brown has overseen corporate communication matters for the Nashville office, while handling label publicity for such artists as Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Dolly Parton, Cam, Kane Brown, Levon, Ben Gallaher and The Sisterhood. Since 2010, Brown has served the Nashville Chapter of the Recording Academy as a two-term Governor, two-term Secretary, and one-year Advocacy Committee co-chair.
