Taste Of Hope Coming Right Up
• The City of Hope’s Music, Film and Entertainment Industry group proudly announces that the 15th Annual Taste Of Hope fundraiser event returns to New York City on May 17. A record crowd is expected to attend this amazing event, which runs from 7-10pm at Three Sixtyº, 10 Desbrosses St. in Tribeca. This is a rare chance to enjoy an an amazing dinner in this elegant setting, and participate in silent and live auctions featuring a distinguished selection of fine wines from the world’s finest private collections, all while hobnobbing with your fellow music industry heavyweights.
Since the Music, Film and Entertainment Industry group’s founding in 1973, more than $130 million has been raised to support City of Hope’s mission to cure — and ultimately prevent — cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening diseases.
“I’m so thankful that once again the industry has rallied to support Taste of Hope,” says Event Chair Alissa Pollack, iHeartMedia EVP, Global Music Marketing & Strategy. “Every year the event seems to get bigger and better. We are again expecting record attendance and representation from all broadcast groups, record labels, DSPs, and other sectors of the music industry. I can’t wait for the big day!”
A portion of the funds raised at the 15th Annual Taste of Hope will go to the Jason Pollack Memorial Fund at Musicians on Call, named in honor of Alissa’s father, and which supports music programming for patients and their families at City of Hope.
