Alexa & Ben Spotted Together
As part of the launch of the new “95.7 Ben FM” skill on the Amazon Echo, Beasley Adult Hits WBEN (95.7 Ben FM)/Philadelphia has invited “Alexa” herself to be a guest DJ on the station tomorrow from 2-6pm. The Alexa Show on 95.7 Ben FM will feature a great variety of music and she will also give away some Amazon Echo Dots during her on-air shift.
“Beasley is rolling out Alexa Skills for all of our stations nationwide and this is a creative example of how we are promoting it to our audience on Ben FM,” said Justin Chase, Beasley’s Executive Vice President of Programming. Ben FM PD Chuck Damico said, “We’re very excited about the 95.7 Ben FM Skill going live on Amazon Echo. We thought having ‘Alexa’ do an airshift and give away some Amazon Echo Dots is a really fun way to help launch the Ben FM skill and introduce it to our audience.”
Beasley Media Group recently partnered with SonicAi to make it easier for listeners to play its stations’ streams and access on-demand content with innovative multi-command skills for Amazon Echo smart speaker systems across most of the company’s 63 stations over the upcoming months.
