CBI Protecting Radio’s Future
• College Broadcasters, Inc. (CBI) announced that its upcoming National Student Media Convention will offer more opportunities than ever for students and staff to connect with industry leaders, gear vendors and more. CBI Seattle, happening Oct. 23-26 at the Renaissance Seattle, will bring together hundreds of students, faculty and university staff members from all over the country eager to learn about career opportunities, leading-edge technology and more.
“The National Student Media Convention is the ultimate platform for industry professionals to engage with the next generation of broadcasters,” said CBI President Anabella Poland, GM of Montclair State University’s 90.3 WMSC.
Opportunities to engage at the four-day event include: 1) Exhibitor tables and sponsorship opportunities, including convention special events, awards, snack breaks and on-site materials; 2) Pro panelists and sponsored sessions; 3) The inaugural Career Fair, with opportunities to network with students and to set one-on-one interviews Sponsorship, exhibitor and Career Fair information is available at AskCBI.org/seattle.
