• RCS Worldwide announced the appointment of two senior executives who will play pivotal roles in shaping the company’s product innovation and client experience strategies — Tammy Halcomb is named Senior Vice President of Products, and Merideth Kelly joins RCS Worldwide as Senior Vice President of Global Client Experience and Transformation.

Halcomb (left) brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in broadcast technology, enterprise software, advertising automation, and AI-driven product innovation, most recently as VP of Product Development at Gemini XIII. Earlier career stops include senior product leadership roles at WideOrbit and Marketron.

Halcomb reports to Chip Jellison, RCS Chief Technology Officer, who said, “Tammy is a collaborative leader who brings out the best in the teams around her. Her ability to listen to customers, align development and product, and deliver solutions that truly move the needle is exactly what we need as we continue to innovate. I’m excited to work alongside her as we build the next generation of products together.”

Kelly (right) began her career in radio, broadcast, and cable newsrooms, including writing and producing the Emmy-nominated series Seahawks All Access. She joins RCS WideOrbit, where she rose from onboarding specialist to Vice President of Strategic Solutions.

Kelly now reports to Susan Larkin, CEO & President, RCS Worldwide, who commented, “Tammy and Merideth represent exactly the kind of bold, experienced leadership that will carry RCS Worldwide forward. Tammy will push our product vision further and faster, ensuring we continue to deliver technology that empowers users around the world. Merideth will fundamentally reimagine how we show up for our clients making every interaction smarter, more seamless, and more meaningful. Together, they strengthen every dimension of what we do: what we build, and how we serve the people who rely on it. Our industry is evolving rapidly, and RCS Worldwide is committed to leading that change.”
